I love that Virginia Farwell does triathlons and she also plays rugby. She’s finished an Ironman triathlon and she’s raised two boys. She also has 12 siblings, which I simply cannot imagine. What I know without a doubt is that Virginia is tough and kind and resilient. And she has a great sense of humor. I’m certain that Virginia is going to contribute so much positive energy to our CrossFit group and I’m excited to share her introduction. Meet Virginia…
